Что вы будете делать:
- Receiving reservations and entering them into the system according to company standards;
- Providing information to callers and making offers to guests upon requests;
- Ensuring all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.
Your experience and skills:
- Positive and collaborative team player;
- Highly responsible, proactive, and reliable with exceptional attention to detail;
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in OPERA S&C considered an advantage;
- Fluent in both written and verbal Estonian and English.
