What you will be doing:

  • Receiving reservations and entering to the system as per company standard;
  • Providing information to callers and make offers to guests upon requests; 
  • Ensure all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.


Your experience and skills include:

  • Positive attitude with team player spirit; 

  • Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and verbal).

  • Good computer skills (working experience with OPERA S&C is an advantage);

  • Highly responsible, initiative and reliable with excellent attention to detail;
