What you will be doing:

  • Receiving reservations and entering them into the system according to company standards;
  • Providing information to callers and making offers to guests upon requests;
  • Ensuring all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.

Your experience and skills:

  • Positive and collaborative team player;
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and reliable with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in OPERA S&C considered an advantage;
  • Fluent in both written and verbal Estonian and English.
