Что вы будете делать:
- This position is responsible for execution of the recruitment & hiring and leading onboarding process to provide the most engaging and enjoyable welcome to our newcomers.
- You will source and recruit candidates by using different databases and social media, conduct interviews and organize orientation programs, including scheduling new hires’ trainings and onboarding documentation.
Ваш опыт и навыки включают в себя:
- Solid experience in recruitment, preferable in hospitality or customer service.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and onboarding process.
- Flexibility with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to manage effectively multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions would benefit.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Estonian and English, Russian is a plus.
