Recruitment & Onboarding Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

  • This position is responsible for execution of the recruitment & hiring and leading onboarding process to provide the most engaging and enjoyable welcome to our newcomers.
  • You will source and recruit candidates by using different databases and social media, conduct interviews and organize orientation programs, including scheduling new hires’ trainings and onboarding documentation.

Your Experience And Skills Include:​

  • Solid experience in recruitment, preferable in hospitality or customer service.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and onboarding process.
  • Flexibility with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to manage effectively multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions would benefit.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Estonian and English, Russian is a plus.
