What You Will Be Doing

  • Reservations Administration: Manage bookings across various channels, maintain accurate guest profiles, and ensure timely communication.
  • Event Coordination & Guest Services: Collaborate with hotel teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless events and personalized guest service.
  • Customer Service: Promptly address guest concerns, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay or event.
  • Requests & Promotions: Handle group requests, conduct site inspections, and actively promote hotel services like room upgrades, special offers, and the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure accurate invoicing, manage payments, and assist with special guest requests.

Your Experience And Skills Include

  • Proficiency in Estonian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skilled in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours based on business needs.
