What you will be doing

  • Developing and implementing proactive sales strategies tailored to corporate, MICE, and leisure markets to boost growth and secure new business.
  • Building brand visibility, conducting site inspections, hosting FAM trips, and attending industry events to increase brand reach and recognition.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, negotiations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support sales initiatives, and attract new customers.
  • Overseeing digital marketing, social media presence, and promotional activities to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Working closely with our General Manager, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align on pricing, campaigns, and revenue targets.
  • Leading a high-performing sales and marketing team with the freedom to shape strategy and make a lasting impact on our success.

Your experience and skills include

  • Proven expertise in sales and marketing, particularly within the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to understand market trends, adapt strategies, and find innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to inspire a team and align them with business goals.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to adjust working hours based on business needs.
