Assistant Director of Sales (Müügidirektori asetäitja)

What you will be doing:

  • The Assistant Director of Sales is essentially responsible for increasing hotel revenue by driving more business through pro-active sales;
  • Account management across all business segments;
  • The activities range from cold emails and phone calls to in-person visits, tours of the hotel, relationship-building activities and more;
  • You will provide quick and timely client/agency responses, efficient handling of queries and provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Experience as a field sales manager in hospitality or tourism;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes with flexibility, timeliness, and efficiency;
  • Good knowledge of neighboring feeder markets (Scandinavia, Finland, etc.) and established account relationships;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills on high professional level, Finnish and/or Russian is a plus;
  • Active, enthusiastic, creative thinker who thrives under pressure and is detail-oriented.
