What you will be doing:

  • Under the direction of the General Manager and in accordance with hotel policies and procedures, oversees and manage all aspects of the Front Office operations including administration, facilities, security and customer service
  • Directly supervises all Front Office personnel, ensuring the proper completion of all front office duties. Prepare monthly reports and budgets for the department
  • Be well-versed in all aspects of the hotel, including emergency procedures, fire alarm system, computer systems (Opera)
  • Is responsible to ensure VIPs and regular guests receive special attention and personal recognition, handles guest complaints and other related problems. Upholds the hotel’s commitment to hospitality

Your experience and skills include:

  • You have solid experience in a managerial position in hospitality, preferably in Front Office.
  • Your Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills are in high professional level.
  • You are well-organized and creative person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and want to offer to hotel guests a heart-warming service.
  • You are flexible in working hours.
