Reservations Manager

What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing day to day running of the Reservations agents;
- Assisting the Revenue Manager with providing analytical hotel data for best business decisions;
- Receiving reservations and entering to the system as per company standard;
- Providing information to callers and make offers to guests upon requests;
- Ensure all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.
Your Experience And Skills Include:
- At least 1 year relevant or similar work experience in a in a hospitality or tourism;
- Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and verbal);
- Good computer skills (working experience with OPERA is an advantage);
- Highly responsible, initiative and reliable with excellent attention to detail;
- Positive attitude with team player spirit.
