Sales Manager

What you will be doing

  • Manage and convert incoming requests for accommodation, events, and other hotel services into sales by providing quick and timely clients responses.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing the highest quality of service at all times and building strong relationships to ensure guests satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle efficiently the queries and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events.Support Meeting & Events Managers and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Your experience and skills include

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with high attention to details. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes with flexibility and efficiency.
  • Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills on a high professional level.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems is an advantage.
